Who are we ?
As you read these lines, the owner Michel Prud’homme is probably telling our team how important it is to satisfy all of our customers. Because it’s the only way to do business in the world of Air Conditioning and Heating these days.
We are ordinary people totally passionate about air conditioning, heating and ventilation. With us, the customer is extremely important! The owner has based the company’s values on customer service from the very beginning.
Our success depends solely on your satisfaction, which is why we install devices that will give you the desired comfort and that we only work with recognized products that have proven in the industry.
Our Story
2001
Founded in 2001 by Michel Prud’homme, Les Entreprises MPH was administered at home in a small office in the basement. With a few clients to its credit, the company was trying to carve out a place among the very fierce competition.
2004
The company takes it to the next level by purchasing a warehouse in the industrial sector in St-Eustache to better serve these customers.
2006
Already 5000 clients to its credit, the company is gaining momentum with the signing of the Sears Center Au Foyer contract for the installation of air conditioning and heating appliances.
2007
Hiring new employees and restructuring staff is necessary because the business is constantly growing with the arrival of new customers.
2008
We are investing in an important advertising campaign to acquire new customers because the competition is increasingly fierce with the arrival of new company.
2009
The company is purchasing a larger building because the space in the current warehouse is no longer sufficient. This time, the building is equipped with a showroom with a large warehouse of 4,500 ft2 at the back to store the equipment in order to respond quickly to demand.
2010
The company sets itself apart from the competition with the establishment of the first online store in Quebec for air conditioning and heating accessories. However, success was not immediate.
2012
The opening of a new parts and service department. The establishment of a new customer satisfaction program, Les Enteprises MPH ranks among the best Air Conditioning and Heating contractors in Montreal’s north shore.
2015
With a record year in 2014, we are investing in the restructuring of our IT system to better manage our client base. The website is completely redesigned to ensure security when shopping online through a new system.
2019
The growth of the company is dazzling and our current warehouse is not enough to meet customer demand. The purchase of a new 12,000 square foot building marks the year 2019-2020. Our new building is located at 801 boul. Arthur Sauvé, Saint-Eustache.
