Automatic defrost CTEB

When the outside temperature is very low and the humidity level is very high, frost may form on the outdoor unit during the heating operation, and this may reduce the operating performance of the product. To protect the product against frost, this Fujitsu multi-zone heat pump is equipped with an automatic defrost function controlled by a microcomputer. In the event of frost forming, the air conditioner stops temporarily and the defrost circuit operates briefly (maximum 15 minutes). The indoor unit control lamp flashes during this operation. If frost forms on the outdoor unit after the heating operation, the outdoor unit will shut off automatically after operating for a few minutes. Then the automatic defrosting operation starts.

 

Automatic restart function

In the event of a power interruption such as a power outage, the Fujitsu Heat Pump will shut down once. However, it restarts automatically and continues with the previous operation when the power is restored. If the power interruption occurs after setting the timer, the timer countdown will be reset. Once power is restored, the TIMER lamp on the indoor unit flashes to alert you that there has been a timer failure. In such a case, reset the counter for the appropriate time

Operation SUPER QUIET

The Fujitsu-only SUPER QUIET operation (super silent) begins. The air flow rate of the indoor condenser will be reduced so that the operation is quieter.

The SUPER QUIET operation cannot be used in dry mode (which is also the case when the dry mode is selected during the operation in AUTO mode.)

During Super Quiet operation, the heating and cooling performance may be lower.

If the room does not heat / cool when using the SUPER QUIET operation, please adjust the fan speed of the indoor unit.
