Most of the products on our website are offered with “Free Shipping” which means that we assume the full cost of delivery.
Shipping not included
Some products on our website are not offered with “Free Shipping”. You will find on the Cart / Order page, a section where you can calculate the delivery costs with the address provided. Orders are delivered by certified carriers such as Canada Post and FedEx.
Pick up in store
You can come and pick up the items ordered on our website at any time. When your order is completed, we will contact you by email and telephone to confirm that the items are in stock and ready to be picked up.
Delivery policy
The order will be dispatched as soon as possible after acceptance and confirmation of payment. Depending on the destination and availability of products, the delivery time can range from 2 to 14 working days.
The delivery time always depends on the availability of the product and if it is in stock. But don’t worry, you are going to receive your product, it’s guaranteed. We go out of our way to give you the best service and the best delivery times possible.
The ordered products will become the responsibility of the buyer when they are delivered by Les Entreprises MPH to the transport company. Despite all our efforts and all our precautions when handling our products, you must notify Les Entreprises MPH within 48 hours of receiving the product if a product reaches you in poor condition. After this period, we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by the product.
If there is a problem where you have received a product in poor condition, Les Entreprises MPH will return the same product to you or pay you a financial compensation which cannot exceed the amount paid, minus the shipping costs. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you purchased, return it to us and we will refund the unused portion less the shipping cost. The buyer must bear the shipping costs to return the product to us. If you have any questions about shipping or return policy or if you received a product in poor condition, contact us by phone as soon as possible
